How to Use:

1. Insert the String
Place the tip of the string into the hole on the rotor of the gyro.

2. Wind the String
Hold the gyro firmly and wrap the string tightly around the rotor, completing one full turn. Make sure the string is snug—not loose.

3. Position the Gyro
Place the gyro in your palm with the rotor and string facing downward toward the floor.

4. Pull to Start
Pull the string straight down with a quick, firm motion. Avoid pulling at an angle or to the side.

5. Engage Your Wrist
As the rotor begins spinning, immediately rotate your wrist in a circular motion. Keep your arm still—only your wrist should move.

6. Find Your Rhythm
As you sync with the gyro’s momentum, you’ll feel the resistance build. The faster you rotate, the more resistance you generate.
